Ermaganbet Bulekpayev answered the questions of Karaganda residents for 6.5 hours

Since the beginning of the year, Akim of Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev has held 25 meetings with residents of all cities and districts of the region. About 8 thousand people took part in them, and more than 500 questions were personally asked to the governor of the region. The final meeting this year in Karaganda became a record time. It lasted 6.5 hours. During this time, 151 people have applied, 89 of them to the governor of the region.

Traditionally, most of the issues related to housing and communal services, landscaping of courtyards and playgrounds. Karaganda residents are also concerned about the high-quality use of budget funds, the work of social pavilions, the condition of roads and storm sewers, land issues, tariff formation and more.

– The heads of all departments and departments conduct the reception with me. We have adopted this format in order to promptly resolve the issues raised. We tried to organize it in such a way that it would be as convenient for people as possible.

And they even provided playgrounds for those who came with children," said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev. – Such meetings were held not only in cities and regional centers, but also in remote villages. We were in Agadir, Shashubai, Karagaily. There are many issues raised. Most of these are housing and communal services, housing, healthcare, education, and employment. They also address issues of a private nature. After each meeting, we systematize all the issues and begin to work out systematically. During the year, colleagues periodically report on the progress of the decision.

For example, in Karaganda, next year they plan to connect the Shakhtersky village to central heating. This problem has not been solved for many years. Now we have built intra-block networks. Residents of high-rise buildings need to restore the indoor system on their own. To reduce the financial burden, they were offered to use loans at a minimum interest rate with installments through the Housing Modernization Center.

Residents of Prishakhtinsk complained about the lack of places in kindergartens. Another preschool has been planned in this area and a plot of land has already been allocated.

Recall that this year the meetings of the akim of the region with the population are held in a new format. Together with Ermaganbet Bulekpayev, all heads of departments, departments and public utilities simultaneously answer the questions of residents.

The reception takes place according to the type of a «single window», in the order of an electronic queue.
