Residents of Saran asked Ermaganbet Bulekpayev 50 questions

Fifty questions were asked by residents of Saran at a meeting with Akim of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev and heads of departments.

How to restore houses in the RTI microdistrict, when the central boiler house will be handed over, how to solve the problem of low voltage – all this interested the residents of Saran.

The meeting of the head of the region with the residents of Saran was held at secondary school No. 6.

Residents of Saran told the mayor about the sore point, received answers to questions from the heads of relevant departments and departments.

One of the most frequently asked questions at the meeting was the deadline for the central boiler house. For the comfort of citizens, there is not enough central heat source. Nevertheless, residents also note the gradual transformation of Saran.

– The protracted construction of the central boiler house is the number one issue for me, – assured Ermaganbet Bulekpayev. – I personally went there today before the meeting. Two boilers are already ready, 12 km of pipes have been stretched to the central heating point, heating networks have been connected to 135 objects of the first stage. Next spring we will begin reconnecting these and other houses. The boiler house is scheduled to be launched in the 2024-2025 heating season. It takes a little patience.

An automated boiler control system will be introduced at the central heat source. It will eliminate the risks associated with the human factor. In total, about 360 houses and social facilities will be connected to the central boiler house in Saran in the first year.

The fate of the RTI microdistrict is another issue of concern to many citizens.

– Residents are interested in when the abandoned houses will be restored. If they repair them, young people will come there. Will there be a kindergarten, a school, how will the infrastructure be updated? The head of the region explained everything, told about the plans. I am satisfied with the akim's answers, they are detailed, there is hope," says Bolat Abroev, a member of the public council, chairman of the Council of elders, honorary resident of the city.

A resident of the «Mining» district, Ziyash Kargin, complained about the state of the power grids and low voltage in the houses.

– We have a very low voltage, the light is dim, electrical appliances do not work properly, they often burn out. Even the refrigerator rattles in the evenings. We contacted a local service provider, it turned out that we were not on his balance sheet. Today I voiced this problem to the head of the region. I hope they will help us," said Ziyash Kargin.

The complaint was noted by the head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services Yerbol Toleuov. He promised to look into the situation.

In total, 50 people came to the meeting with the akim of the region.
