"Issues are solved without redirection": What problems were voiced by the Nura district at a meeting with the akim of the region

A meeting of the head of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev and heads of departments with the population was held in Nura district. About fifty residents of the Nura district took the opportunity to be heard and get answers to their questions.

The meeting in the new format took place in the great hall of the Nura village House of Culture.

An electronic scoreboard was installed in the lobby to organize the queue.

Most of the residents' appeals concerned the agro-industrial sphere.

The villagers clarified how to get subsidies, preferential loans, and also complained about the lack of pasture lands. Ermaganbet Bulekpayev instructed to carry out explanatory work with the population and resolve the issue of providing land for grazing.

Pensioner Tanzharyk Akizhanov is one of those who cheer for his native village with his soul. All his youth passed here, and now his children and grandchildren live. At the meeting, he once again raised the topic of the need to build a comfortable school in the district center.

– I got an answer to my question. I learned that a comfortable school for 600 places will be built next year. This is good news," Tanzharyk Akizhanov said. – I like the format of the meeting. It used to be very noisy in the great hall. People didn't listen to each other. And here you can personally talk to the mayor and the heads of departments. Issues are resolved without redirection.

Shakharbanu Zharkinbekova lives in a two-storey house in Nura. She and her neighbors are forced to heat their houses with stoves. At the meeting, the woman voiced the common problem of a dozen families. She was interested in the timing of the construction of a modular boiler house for 17 apartment buildings.

– I have a disability of the first group. I got my apartment in 2006. Since then, I have been suffering with the stove every winter. Not only do you need to buy coal, but you also need to load it into the shed, then lift it to the second floor with buckets," says Shakharbanu Zharkinbekova. – Everyone is tired of the constant soot. That's why I came to the meeting. To our common joy, the akim of the region promised to start designing a modular boiler house for us next year.

The meeting lasted about two hours. During this time, residents of the district raised a number of questions about housing and communal services, medicine and education.

All problems and suggestions have been heard and their solution will be under control, assured Ermaganbet Bulekpayev.
