Remotely determine health indicators by means of biometric scanning, analyze a large layer of special information – such an opportunity will appear for Karaganda cardiologists. The Center for Coordination and Diagnosis of Cardiovascular Diseases has started working on the basis of the Multidisciplinary Hospital No. 2.

The building of the old polyclinic is not recognizable after the renovation: comfortable offices, modern equipment and the latest technologies in the service of doctors.

The tour of the new center for the akim of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekbayev was conducted by the director of the multidisciplinary hospital No. 2 Arystan Magzumov and the head of the health department Bibigul Tulegenova.
- The main purpose of the center is the medical examination of patients with heart and vascular diseases without a referral from a general practitioner. These are chronic ischemic heart disease of moderate and severe severity, chronic heart failure, patients with simple and complex cardiac arrhythmias, congenital and acquired heart defects. We are consulted by pediatric and adult cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, vascular surgeons. All types of functional diagnostics are available – ultrasound of the heart and blood vessels, Holter monitoring of ECG and blood pressure, - says Arystan Magzumov.

Calls from patients are received by specially trained call center staff.

A training center for doctors has also been opened here, where they will be able to exchange experience and knowledge.

In September, they plan to launch a telemedicine cabinet. Leading specialists of Karaganda and Astana, doctors of the National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center will consult patients in real time. This is especially true for residents of rural areas, where there are not always narrow specialists nearby.

The head of the region asked to focus on prevention, and not only to deal with the consequences of the disease.
- We spend a lot of budget money on healthcare. 92 medical facilities for villagers should be built in two years. We are already building 14 of them. We are sending doctors to study abroad, we have increased lifting for young specialists, we are buying modern equipment. But the most important thing is the frames. We are also dealing with this issue," said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev.
