As in the PSC: Ermaganbet Bulekpayev held a single day of reception of Temirtau residents in a new format

The Temirtau House of Culture has temporarily turned into an improvised public service center.

Akim of the region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev held a visiting reception for residents of the city of metallurgists.

Together with him came the heads of regional departments, representatives of the police, the Department of Ecology.

The reception of residents took four and a half hours, more than a hundred people applied.

To avoid pandemonium, an electronic queue was organized.

– We were given a list of those who will receive the residents of Temirtau – we put it all into the program, tested it. There are no difficulties. People are quietly served by electronic queue, as everyone is used to in public service centers, banks. Now we have it at the reception site of the akim of the region," explained head of the Department of Informatization, Public Services and Archives.

The advantage was that it was possible to contact the heads of different departments and get answers to their questions.

Many people who came to the reception took several coupons at once.

For convenience, a children's corner has been provided. While the adults were solving the issues, volunteers were engaged with the children.

Residents not only complained, expressed problems, but also offered ideas. For example, one of the community members wants to open a support club for cancer patients and their relatives.

Another is ready, following the example of Karaganda, to introduce a social hippotherapy project in Temirtau for the rehabilitation of children with special needs.

Following the results of the reception, Ermaganbet Bulekpayev highlighted the top 5 issues of concern to Temirtau residents.

– Utility issues: heat, electricity, water – this is the main thing. Especially in the current situation – this is the condition of the conduit. Now we are promptly repairing problem areas, and next year we will apply for major repairs. There were a lot of questions about landscaping: there are contractors whose work residents complain about. Then roads, passenger transport, and household issues," the governor of the region noted. – I think this format of reception is effective and correct. I have fixed all the appeals, we will find solutions together with my colleagues.
