The issue of creating small industrial zones will be worked out in the Karaganda region

Akim of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev presented an action plan for the execution of the instructions of the Head of State given at an expanded meeting on the socio-economic development of the country on April 19. It is necessary to create growth points in each district, single-industry city, he stressed.

– The President noted the importance of intensifying the work on attracting investments, "subordinating" the development of the economy to diversification and industrialization. It is necessary to develop and create growth points at the level of each district, single-industry towns and cities. I instruct you to analyze the competitive advantages of each region, to propose at least five major investment projects for implementation this year," Yermaganbet Bulekpayev said at a staff meeting.

It is also necessary to form a pool of projects for potential foreign investors.

Akim of the region instructed to work out the issue of creating small industrial zones. This will be handled by the departments of entrepreneurship and industry, akims of cities and districts together with the SEC "Saryarka" and the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs.

Instructions were given to support and develop entrepreneurship. To do this, a new project "I am an entrepreneur" is being implemented in the region.

Ermaganbet Bulekpayev outlined tasks in the field of energy, agriculture, and raising incomes of the population. The work on digitalization of healthcare will continue.

– For the further implementation of the "hearing state", the leaders must carry out concrete and effective work to respond to citizens' appeals and complaints, identify systemic problems of the regions and make timely decisions. We must all work together, for the benefit of the citizens of our region," Ermaganbet Bulekpayev stressed.
