Karaganda athlete Elmira Syzdykova became the champion of the international tournament

Karaganda athlete Elmira Syzdykova won first place at the international freestyle wrestling tournament of the French Grand Prix Henri Deglane. The competitions were held in Nice.

Elmira fought in her usual weight category up to 76 kg. The bronze medalist of the 2016 Olympics and the champion of Asia-2021 returned to the carpet after a serious injury. This did not prevent her from pleasing the fans and winning a gold medal.

The athlete is coached by Vladislav Sutormin.
