Ermaganbet Bulekpayev met with residents of Shakhtinsk

In Shakhtinsk, a number of issues have been resolved, which were previously voiced by residents of the city to the leadership of the region. They mainly concerned the sphere of housing and communal services, roads, housing, landscaping. For example, at the request of citizens, intra-block central heating networks were connected to one of the high-rise buildings, and private sector houses were additionally connected to them.

The work done and future plans were told at the meeting of the akim of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev with residents of a single-industry town and nearby villages.

Akim of Shakhtinsk Murat Kydyrganbekov reported on the reconstruction of the water pipeline. In total, 44 km of networks are to be laid, of which 28 are ready. Next year, work on the project will continue.

Reconstruction of treatment facilities is planned in Novodolinsk village. Construction of sewage treatment plants and central heating stations is planned in Shakhan, design and estimate documentation will be developed for these facilities.

In Shakhtinsk, they took up roads. This year, repairs were carried out on Abai Kunanbayev Avenue, Kazakhstanskaya Street and a number of other sections of inner-city roads. But problems remain, and residents continue to complain about bad roads. Next year, Abai Kunanbayev Avenue should be completely repaired and about a dozen more streets should be put in order.

To provide waiting lists in Shakhtinsk, a 60-apartment building was built, another high-rise building is expected to be commissioned. In 2023, both new construction and reconstruction of abandoned housing are planned. The restoration of housing will begin in Shahan village.

A sports and recreation complex, built at the request of residents, has been launched in Shakhtinsk. There are already sections for 11 sports for children. Classes are also organized for adults.

In addition, a multifunctional court has been installed, which was also requested by residents. A rollerdrome has been set up in Shahan Park.

Next year, the improvement of Shakhtinsk and the settlements will continue. In Shakhtinsk, they plan to install another multifunctional court, build three playgrounds for children, and repair three football fields. Automated pedestrian crossings will be installed in the city for road safety. There are plans to equip seven playgrounds and sports playgrounds in the villages Dolinka and Severo-Zapadny, and a multifunctional hockey court in Novodolinsk.

At the meeting, residents asked their questions in the format of a free microphone.

– None of your appeals will be ignored. A plan will be developed to implement the issues voiced today," Yermaganbet Bulekpayev said.
