The first car tire was released in the Karaganda region

In the Karaganda region, the first Forza tire came off the KamaTyresKZ conveyor.

A new enterprise in the Saran industrial zone was built in record time – in 16 months.

The first Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Akim of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev, General Director of PJSC Tatneft Nail Maganov and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Allur Andrey Lavrentiev were present at the launch of the first products.

– This production is important both for the development of our industry and is a good example for the development of single-industry towns. After all, over a thousand residents of Saran will be employed in this production. It should be noted that this is the first domestic tire production company that will cover the needs of both the automotive industry and motorists," Roman Sklyar said. – The plant's products will be used for the assembly of cars assembled in Kazakhstan, which will increase our domestic localization.

According to him, the company meets all modern requirements in terms of automation and energy efficiency. This will ensure increased productivity and minimal environmental impact.

Investments in the implementation of the project amounted to 171 billion tenge. The company has a production capacity of 3.5 million multi-profile tires annually.

The plant will be able to fully meet the demand of the domestic market, there will be no need to import similar products.

It is also planned to export to the countries of the near and far abroad.

– This is only the first stage of the project, where we already have labor victories. We plan to open a factory of engineering and technical products and large-sized tires. In general, all this has become possible thanks to the unique investment climate of Kazakhstan, the comprehensive support of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, – said Rustam Minnikhanov.

Ermaganbet Bulekpayev expressed gratitude to investors and builders for the implementation of the project in record time. Nail Maganov thanked all the workers from Kazakhstan and Tatarstan – builders, installers, commissioning, operation specialists.

At the release ceremony of the first tire, a number of specialists were awarded certificates of honor for their contribution to the implementation of the project.

One of the awardees is a young specialist from Saran Valeria Chekanova. She got a job at a tire factory immediately after graduating from Karaganda Technical University.

– I had an internship at a tire factory in Nizhnekamsk. There I studied the preparation processes, they helped us to understand all the features and nuances of production. My position is a process engineer. Now we are helping to carry out the commissioning of equipment, we are conducting current control, – said Valeria Chekanova.

Recall that the start of the construction of a tire plant in the Karaganda region was given in April 2021. Even earlier, with the active assistance of the government and the former head of the region Zhenis Kasymbek, the revival of an industrial site on the territory of an abandoned RTI plant in Sarani began. The first major project in this area was a bus factory, which now supplies its products throughout the country.
