Buses were purchased for rural schools of the Karaganda region

The fleet of rural schools has been updated in the Karaganda region. This year, 27 new buses were purchased to transport children from 121 remote settlements to schools.

They were assembled at a bus factory in Saran. They meet all safety requirements. They have mechanisms for blocking traffic when the doors are open, flashing beacons, ramps for children with special needs.

Buses have a speed limit system up to 60 kilometers per hour, seats are equipped with seat belts, and there are also special racks for school backpacks.

In addition, new schools are being built in the region. Two schools will be built in Karkaraly and Bukhar-Zhyrau districts instead of emergency ones. In just three years, 22 schools will be built in the region, including 16 under the national project "Comfortable School".

The accessibility of education for special children is also increasing in the region. Five special organizations have opened this year. The first Support Center for Children with Autism in the region has been launched.
