Karaganda athlete topped the world ranking in trampoline gymnastics

Karaganda athlete Danil Musabayev for the first time topped the world ranking based on the results of performances at the World Cup in trampoline gymnastics. The athlete performed more stable than all the strongest rivals and scored the most points.

International tournaments were held in Azerbaijan, Italy, Portugal and Switzerland. Danil became the leader in individual trampoline jumping, scoring 153 points.

– At the beginning of the year, we set ourselves the task of performing well at all stages of the World Cup, – says Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head coach of the Kazakhstan national trampoline gymnastics team Sergey Vertyankin. – A very complex combination was prepared, which Danil performed for the first time. He coped and performed well. It's easy to work with it. Danil is quick to grasp, besides, he is a very purposeful guy.

According to the athlete himself, hard and constant training helped to achieve such a result.

– I started trampoline gymnastics at the age of 4. Since then, constant training. Now I study for 6 hours a day. Of course, a lot more depends on the coach. His support, hints, – 24-year-old Danil Musabayev shared.

Now the leader of the world ranking at the training camp in Almaty. The Kazakhstan Cup will start tomorrow. After a little respite – new competitions. The World Cup starts in Bulgaria on November 13.

The main sporting goal of Danil Musabayev is the Olympic Games. Licenses will be awarded next year according to the stages of the World Cup.
