The projects of Karaganda schoolchildren interested scientists and businessmen

Smart parking and eco–capsule - scientists and large businessmen of the country became interested in the projects of students of the specialized boarding school "Daryn" of Karaganda.

Ninth–grader Dastan Ismailov with the project "Smart Parking" took second place at the international competition INFOMATRIX 2022.

- Smart parking is relevant now. It's part of a smart city. He proposed a system using sensors, a scoreboard for a quick and convenient search for free parking spaces," says Dastan. – In the future, I plan to develop the project so that parking spaces can be found without errors.

Daryn residents Yerasyl Toleubaev and Varvara Davydova, together with teachers of the Karaganda University named after E. A. Buketov, developed the Green capsule project (ecocapsule for plants). This is a new direction in paper waste recycling.

"To implement our project, the following tasks were set: to develop paper recycling methods, to achieve better plant survival in a new environment and to reduce water consumption through the use of hydrogel. The relevance of the project lies in the ecological recycling of paper, which is disposed of in large quantities as household garbage in educational institutions, and its reuse, but already as cups for growing plants," the developers say.

Nurasyl and Varvara coped with the tasks and plan to continue working on their project.
