New enterprises were presented to the Head of State
During a working visit to the Karaganda region, the President got acquainted with the activities of KamaTyresKZ factories for the production of automobile tires and Silk Road Electronics for the production of household appliances.
The KamaTyresKZ tire plant is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of the year. At the moment, the company is engaged in the production of tires for passenger cars and light trucks. It is planned that at the second stage of the project, the production of rubber products, such as conveyors, conveyor belts, etc., will begin, and at the third stage – tires for agricultural machinery. The design capacity of the plant is 3.5 million tires per year.
Currently, the plant, together with its partners, is training the necessary specialists. 68 people are trained in the specialties "rubber products" and "tire production" at the Saransk Humanitarian and Technical College.
The SilkRoad Electronics plant, the construction of which is to be completed in two years, will produce household appliances: televisions, electric water heaters, vacuum cleaners, kitchen stoves and fans.
Upon completion of the inspection, the Head of State held a conversation with the employees of the enterprise.
