A front office has been opened in Karaganda, which houses a Public Service center and a car-PSC.

Today it was presented to the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Bagdad Musin and the head of the region Zhenis Kasymbek.
For the convenience of citizens, self-service platforms, the so-called Connection Point, are organized in both service centers. Visitors, without waiting for the operator's call, can independently receive electronic services.
To do this, smartphones are installed here, there is Wi-Fi, printers.
Consultants also work on electronic sites.
– In the new public service centers, we have changed the service process. Firstly, they were divided into zones taking into account the flow of population using the principles of Kaizen, correctly positioned. The work of the Connection Point self–service sectors has been completely redesigned so that visitors can be served more via smartphones," Suyenish Abdildin, chairman of the Management Board of the Government for Citizens State Corporation, said about the front office.
Connection Point also has a special BI module that allows you to find additional services in eGov and use them in a more lightweight format.
The operating rooms of the centers are divided into three different sectors: express zone, social services zone and comfort zone.
Now, when providing public services, visitors will be immediately divided according to the complexity and urgency of their questions.
In addition, the project "Public Service Center without papers" is being implemented in the new front office. Operators will no longer require customers to submit paper applications, paper receipts issued after accepting applications and paper results have also been canceled. Instead, customers will receive SMS.
– To date, the paper turnover has been reduced with the provision of eight public services. In the near future, it is planned to get rid of the use of paper media for another 30 services," said Suyenish Abdildin.
It is worth noting that there are only seven such front offices in Kazakhstan. Their main goal is to create conditions in Public Service Centers for self–service and improving digital literacy of citizens. 1260 public services, or 92%, are available to Kazakhstanis in digital format.
The new digital front office is located at the address: 134th accounting quarter, building 709.
All conditions have been created here for the high-quality provision of public services, including for people with disabilities, a special call button has also been installed for them and a separate window works.
For visitors with children there is a mother and child room and a playroom.
