Launched in pilot mode in the regional center. 1 billion tenge was allocated from the regional budget, an additional 500 million tenge was provided by Otbasy Bank. Next year we plan to increase the amount of funds under this program and expand it to other cities," the head of the region said at the presentation of certificates at a meeting of the Youth Affairs Council.

The loan will cost only 5% per annum, and the term is up to 19 years. The initial payment is 10% of the total amount. Housing can be chosen both in the primary and secondary markets. The applicants' applications were considered by a special commission.
