Karaganda teachers received a gift for the Day of the Capital

On the eve of the Day of the Capital, 24 teachers from Karaganda received official housing. The keys to the apartments were handed to five of them by the governor of the region Zhenis Kassymbek.

The apartments are located in Sarani and Aktau. Among those who received large families and in-demand teachers.

– I work as a physical education teacher at the Karaganda Higher Polytechnic College. We are raising a child with my wife. With the receipt of an apartment, it will be possible to save money for your own housing – " Azamat Orashev, a happy newcomer, shared.

The presentation was held in the building of the new Palace of Schoolchildren. It was built on behalf of Elbasy.

– I am glad to meet you in this building on the eve of the Capital's Day. By the beginning of the new school year, we will open the Palace of Schoolchildren. And hundreds of children will receive additional education every day – there is everything necessary for development here – Zhenis Kassymbek noted. – I am glad to present the keys to the office housing to the teachers today. This year, more than a hundred departmental apartments will be received by health, education, and culture workers. Including 24 apartments are intended for teachers. But due to the epidemiological situation, we could not invite everyone.

Ensuring housing and living conditions is the most important task of the authorities, the head of the region stressed. This year, the region has increased housing construction by a quarter.
