Meeting of the Regional Trilateral Commission on Social Partnership

On June 9, 2021, a regular meeting of the Regional Trilateral Commission on Social Partnership and Regulation of Social and Labor Relations (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Akim of the Karaganda region, E. A. Alpysov.

The meeting of the Commission was attended by members of the regional trilateral commission, the chairmen of the regional trilateral commissions and invited guests.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the following issues: "On the responsibility of employers who have committed arrears in the transfer of mandatory pension contributions and social contributions", " On violations of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in relation to employees of DDS-Plus LLP "and" On the implementation of measures to vaccinate residents of the Karaganda region and to create conditions for collective immunity from coronavirus infection".

As a result of the meeting, the State Revenue Department was instructed to monitor the provision by regional departments of monthly information on mandatory pension contributions and social contributions in the context of taxpayers to the akimats of cities and districts; the akims of cities and districts to activate the work of regional tripartite commissions and bring the discussion of this issue to the next meeting of the commission and others.
