The first phase of the largest dairy farm has been launched in the Karaganda region

Eurasia Invest LTD is implementing a major project to develop the dairy industry in the Osakarov District of the Karaganda Region. The investment exceeds 30 billion tenge. The first phase of a new dairy farm has already been launched in the Rodnikovsky rural district; once fully operational, it will produce over 70,000 tons of products annually.

Aidarbek Saparov, Kazakhstan’s Minister of Agriculture, and Ermaganbet Bulekpayev, the regional governor, inspected the project's progress.

"We are developing an agro-industrial cluster—evolving from mare's milk processing into a diversified, full-cycle holding company. Our key facility is a dairy farm. The first phase, featuring a milking herd of 1,200 head, is already operational. Construction of the second phase is currently underway; it will add capacity for another 2,400 head in 2027, and work on the third phase—also for 2,400 head—will begin in 2028. As a result, the milking herd will reach 6,000 head, while the total livestock count, including young stock, will exceed 15,000," said Ivan Georgiadi, founder of Eurasia Invest LTD.

Holstein-Friesian cows are kept according to modern standards: spacious stalls and free access to feed and water.

Daily veterinary monitoring is provided for the young animals.

The agro-industrial complex will supply dairy plants with domestic raw materials.

The company's total land area is 56,000 hectares, of which 10,000 are irrigated.

The farm is establishing its own feed base.

A grain elevator with a capacity of 35,000 tonnes — designed for future expansion to 50,000 tonnes — has been commissioned for the storage of grain and oilseeds. All processes are automated, and laboratory quality control is conducted to certify the raw materials.

In addition, a modern vegetable storage facility with a capacity of 17,000 tonnes has been built. Three more vegetable storage facilities are under construction, which will increase storage capacity by 35,000 tonnes.
