New digital tools will be introduced in all schools across the Karaganda region

New digital tools for teachers and schools are being introduced in the Karaganda region. These tools were highlighted at the annual August conference. Among them is ROQED AI, a versatile AI assistant that helps educators grade assignments, create lesson plans, and select teaching materials. The platform also utilizes 3D models and virtual laboratories to visualize complex topics.

AI tools are being adopted not only by teachers in urban schools; interest in digital technologies is growing in rural areas as well. They are becoming an integral part of a teacher's daily work, regardless of whether the school is located in the regional center or a small village.

Another project is the "Methodological ATM." It enables the sharing of successful pedagogical experience among schools. Through the exchange of experience, the dissemination of effective methods, and targeted support, best practices become accessible to other teachers.

"A strong school begins not with paperwork, but with people who can identify problems and find solutions. That is why it is crucial today to work simultaneously with students, teachers, and school administrators," notes Dulat Zhekebayev, Head of the Education Department.

Strengthening internal school monitoring will be a key focus in improving the quality of education. A dedicated module for internal monitoring has been created on the "Bilimal" platform for this purpose. It not only records identified problems or violations but also suggests potential solutions, tracks deadlines, and automatically sends notifications to the relevant staff members.

During the academic year, the module was piloted in 30 schools across the region. Plans are in place to implement it in all schools in the region starting from the new academic year.

A talent pool of future school principals is also being established in the region under the "Bolashaq Basshy" project, which has been underway since last year. More than 100 educators have received training in legal matters, financial management, and digital tools.

Twenty-five educators have already received certificates. In the future, they will be able to participate in competitions for vacant leadership positions.
