Karaganda enterprises awarded key prizes of the country  

The main business event of the year took place in Astana today - the awarding of the winners of the "Altyn Sapa" and "Paryz" awards, the winners of the republican contest "The Best Product of Kazakhstan". Karaganda enterprises received awards in several nominations.

Participation in the regional stage of the competition-exhibition "The best product of Kazakhstan" is constantly growing in the region. This year, out of 70 finalists, the commission selected nine winners in three categories who were able to compete for the title of the best in the country.

According to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region, as a result, the company for the production of household chemicals WEC Trade became the winner of the nomination "Best goods for the population".

– For us, this award is a confirmation that Kazakhstan's eco–friendly products can successfully compete in the market. We have been developing biodegradable household chemicals for many years and pay great attention to quality. The victory motivates us to expand the product line and strengthen confidence in products made in Karaganda," said Vyacheslav Tsoi, Director of WEC Trade LLP.

The QazTehna plant, which manufactures buses and special equipment, was awarded the "Isker" Special Award.

This award is given to companies that strive to improve their product and constantly improve its quality. The contribution of the machine-building enterprise to the development of the domestic industry was noted.

The Karaganda Foundry and Machine-building Plant of Maker LLP became the winner of the CIS International Prize.

The company with more than 80 years of history retains the status of the industry's flagship, producing equipment for the mining, oil, and energy industries. The head of the company, Zhanibek Baigabelov, and one of the employees, Alexander Isupov, a metalwork assembler, were awarded the "Kasibi Maman" professional award.

Two more companies of the region were among the winners of the republican contest on social responsibility of business "Paryz".

Among large business entities, the award in the nomination "Best Collective Agreement" was received by Qarmet JSC.

Rapid was awarded in the nomination "For contribution to the environment" among the representatives of SMEs.
