In total, there are 642 polling stations in the region, including 609 at the place of registration of citizens, 33 in places of temporary residence.
There are 40,215 citizens over the age of 18 with disabilities, of which 4,846 citizens with special needs vote, including 1,629 using wheelchairs, 1,813 blind and visually impaired, 1,404 deaf and dumb.
Work is being carried out to ensure the electoral rights of persons with special needs.
