- Virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 65;
- Blog platform of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 208;
- the heading "Question-Answer" of the official Internet resource – 101.
All requests, complaints and appeals are answered in a timely manner.
