September 18 this year, held a workshop jointly with the akimat of the Osakarovka district and the Department of the Agency for civil service Affairs of Karaganda region, which considered two questions: about improving the quality of public services and fill out a report of internal state control over the quality of public services. The seminar was attended by 141 service providers.
