A meeting of the commission on further improvement of the state language politics was held

There was held a Commission meeting on further improvement of state language politics under the akimat of the Karaganda region. On the agenda of the commission were considered implementation issues of the State program for the functioning and development of languages for 2011-2020 in the cities Balkhash and Priozersk.

Also, reports were presented by the heads of the Karaganda regional branch of Kazpost Joint-Stock Company, KarakandyZhyluSbyt LLP and Karakandy Su LLP on compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Languages ​​in the Republic of Kazakhstan”. Following the meeting, comments were made on cases of partial non-compliance with the requirements of the legislation on languages ​​in the activities of these institutions, instructions were given to the akimats of the regions of the region, and a plan for the commission for the next year was approved.
