A meeting of the Commission on further improvement of the state language policy was held on a conference call. In addition to the members of the Commission, the meeting was attended by Deputy mayors of cities and districts in charge of social issues, heads of departments of culture and language development.

Head of the Department of labor inspection of the Karaganda region K.Balsariev and the chief specialist of Department of construction, urban planning and architectu S. Dikhanbaeva reported on the implementation of the Law RK "On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan". Deputy akims of Abay and Shet districts K. Kabdualieva and A. Abildin, as well as Professor, doctor of medical Sciences, adviser to the rector of Karaganda medical University V. Molotov-Luchansky, Vice-rector of Karaganda economic University on social issues K. Abilov made detailed reports on the work on promoting trilingualism and the transition to a new alphabet.

Head of the Department for the development of languages of the Karaganda region-Deputy Chairman of the Commission G. Kantarbekova noted that the Department of labor inspection has the lowest rate for the share of outgoing documents in the state language, which is 40%. This indicator affects the region's indicators in a negative way.

The audit of compliance with the legislation on languages conducted by the Ministry of culture and sports revealed that not only outgoing documents, but also budget applications and justifications for them, financing plans, calculations of assets and material values, memorial orders, job descriptions of civil servants, minutes of the competition Commission, results of inspections in the main area of management and logs of their registration, as well as most of the expenditure documents of the institution are compiled only in Russian.

In turn, the head of the labor Inspectorate said that they are taking measures to eliminate violations indicated in the final certificate.

Members of the Commission in the person of the Chairman of the branch of International public Association "Kazak tili" in Karaganda region T. Koketai, associate Professor in the Department of history of Kazakhstan Karaganda state University. After E. A. Buketov S. Kentbekov expressed concern over the matter, recalled that the state language is the language of government, administration and advised to take concrete measures on document management in state language and prevent such gross violations.

It should be noted that, despite the existence of the order "record keeping in the state language", the Department of construction, architecture and urban planning also prefers Russian in record keeping.

Following the meeting, deputies akims of cities and districts, heads of regional departments were instructed to intensify the work group "internal control document", in order to implement the instructions of the presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan to consider the possibility of opening training centers in the regions with a predominance of representatives of other nationalities, to intensify the training of the population to the new alphabet.

The Commission for further improvement of the state language policy under the akimat of the Karaganda region has been operating since 2011.
