Bringing to the attention of the participants the submission of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti–Corruption Service) in the Karaganda region on the elimination of circumstances that contributed to the commission of a criminal offense and other violations of the law (in accordance with Article 200 of the CPC RK) dated January 24, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the submission).
