State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Karaganda region" (100000, Bukhar Zhyrau Avenue, 53 phone for inquiries 8 (7212) 50-71-19, e-mail: Zh.zhakayeva@krg.gov.kz ) announces a competition for the vacant position of head of the municipal state institution "Regional Specialized Children's and Youth Olympic Reserve Wrestling School "Daulet" of the Department of Physical Culture and sports of the Karaganda region.
The main activity of the company is the implementation of educational training programs for additional education in order to meet the physical culture, recreation and sports needs of students, the implementation of physical culture, recreation and educational work among children, adolescents and youth aimed at strengthening their health and physical development. The purpose of the company's activities is to attract children and young men to systematic sports, identify children's abilities for a particular sport, and foster physical, moral, and volitional qualities.
Functional responsibilities: General management and maintenance of the activities of a public utility institution in accordance with the institution's Charter.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher education (or postgraduate) in the areas of training: pedagogical sciences in the specialty "Physical culture and sports" or business and management or law.
Work experience in the specialty, including in senior positions in the field of physical culture and sports for at least 5 years.
Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the rights of the child in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On Education", "On State Property", "On Physical Culture and Sports", "On Combating Corruption", "On Public Procurement", the basics of pedagogy, psychology and physiology, occupational safety and health requirements, industrial sanitation, fire safety, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the company's activities in accordance with the Charter.
The competition is conducted on the basis of the Rules for admission to the civil service and the competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of a state educational organization, approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2015. Documents required for participation in the competition: (application for participation in the competition with a list of attached documents, a copy of the identity document, a completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers), copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position, a copy of the document confirming work experience, health certificate in the form of, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 21579) must be submitted within 15 calendar days, which is calculated from the next business day after the last publication of the announcement on conducting the competition in the official media.
The participant of the competition can provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on professional development, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management from the previous place of work).
Candidates admitted to the interview are submitted to the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Karaganda region within three working days from the date of notification of candidates about their admission to the interview.
