At the moment, a situation has developed in all regions of Kazakhstan, including the Karaganda region, which may lead to overspending of budget funds for the implementation of the per capita financing program of the state sports order. In order to avoid this problem and the occurrence of arrears in payment for services already rendered, the platform artsport.edu.kz switched to standby mode. The issuance of new vouchers has been temporarily suspended until additional budget funding is allocated. Already open, registered sports sections continue to operate in the same mode, but without the possibility of additional recruitment of children. To date, 159 sections are functioning in the Karaganda region under the per capita financing program, in which 13,906 children are engaged in 24 sports for free.
