GU "Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Karaganda region" (100000, Bukhar Zhyrau Avenue, 53 phone for inquiries 8 (7212) 50-71-19, fax 8 (7212) 507300, e-mail: zh.zhakayeva@karaganda-region.gov.kz ) announces a competition for the vacant position of the Head of the municipal state-owned enterprise "Regional specialized Sports School "Zhalyn" of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Karaganda region.
The main activity of the enterprise: The implementation of educational training programs of additional education in order to meet the physical fitness and sports needs of students, the implementation of physical fitness and educational work among children, adolescents and youth aimed at strengthening their health and physical development. The purpose of the company's activity is: to attract children and young men to systematic sports, to identify the abilities of children for a certain sport, to educate physical, moral and volitional qualities.
Functional responsibilities: General management and support of the activities of the municipal state-owned enterprise in accordance with the company's Charter.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: Higher education and (or) postgraduate pedagogical education in the specialty of physical culture and sports.
Experience of teaching work in educational organizations for at least 5 years, including the last 2 years of teaching experience or experience as a deputy head of educational organizations for at least 1 year.
Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (general and Special parts), the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", "On Physical Culture and Sports", "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On the rights of the child in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On combating corruption", "On state property", fundamentals of psychology and personnel management, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the issues of the company's activities in accordance with the Charter.
The competition is held on the basis of the Rules of appointment and certification of the head of a state enterprise, as well as approval of his candidacy approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 2, 2015 No. 70.
Documents required for participation in the competition: (application for participation in the competition, resume in the state and Russian languages, autobiography, set out in any form, copies of educational documents, copies of the employment record (if any) or employment contract, or extracts from orders on admission and termination of the employment contract from the last place of work, a certificate of health in the form, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 21579) must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement of the competition in the official media.
The participant of the competition can provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, level of professional training (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, as well as recommendations from the management from the previous place of work, etc.).
Candidates admitted to the interview pass it to the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Karaganda region within ten calendar days from the date of approval of the list of persons admitted to participate in the competition.
