In accordance with subparagraph 20) of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "on employment", with subparagraph 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "on public services", I ORDER:

1. Approve the attached Rules and conditions for issuing and (or) extending permits to employers to attract foreign labor, as well as for making internal corporate transfers (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
2. The Committee of labor, social protection and migration of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order, sending a copy of it for official publication in periodicals and in the information and legal system "Adilet";
3) within five working days from the date of receipt of this order was a direction in one instance copies in printed and electronic form in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state enterprise on right of economic management "Republican center of legal information" for inclusion in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten working days after the state registration of this order in Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan representation in legal Department of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the execution of the measures provided by subparagraphs 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this paragraph.
3. control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the Vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurymbetov B. B.
4. This order comes into force on January 1, 2017, with paragraph 40 of the Rules valid until January 1, 2021.
