Information on public services
The Department for coordination of employment and social programs of the Karaganda region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) provides 2 public services: "Issue and (or) extension of permission to employers to attract foreign labor" and "Assignment or extension of the status of oralman".
Since January 2020, the Department has provided 200 public services. The number of public services rendered in electronic form through the "E-Licensing" GBD is 95 services.
State service in paper form through a state Corporation – 105 services. Public services are provided to individuals and legal entities in accordance with approved standards, and the deadlines for providing public services are met.
The quality of public services provided is constantly monitored by the Department. There were no complaints from service recipients regarding the provision of public services to the Department.
