The state revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with the launch of a Pilot project on registration of SNT under the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2020 No. 1104 "On approval of the Rules and deadlines of a pilot project on registration of accompanying documents on the goods and their circulation", informs the following.
In connection with the work on putting the information system "Electronic invoices" (IS ESF) into commercial operation, the dates of which also fall on December 31, 2020, the registration of accompanying invoices for goods (SNT) until January 18, 2021 must be carried out in a test environment with the functionality of the SNT software.

Registration of accompanying invoices for alcoholic products( SNA), petroleum products (SNN) and tobacco products (SNTI) until January 18, 2021 is carried out in the productive environment of the Taxpayers ' Office of the IS SONO.
Statement of ESF in the List of goods for which electronic invoices are issued by the module "Virtual warehouse" information system of electronic invoices (Order of MF of RK dated 23 April 2019 No. 384), 18 January 2021 is carried out by selecting a product with a "Virtual warehouse" in the production environment on the portal, the IP of ESF or through the API services without reference to SNT in a test environment.
The statement of ESF for other goods is carried out in a productive environment on the ESF IS portal or via API services without using the "Virtual Warehouse" module based on the data on SNT reflected in the test environment, or data from the Z-2 form.
