Department of business Karaganda region are 3 kinds of public services, including providing support for the development of industrial (industrial) infrastructure in the framework of the State program of support and business development "business Road map 2025"; the provision of state grants in the framework of the State program of support and business development "business Road map 2025"; issuance of a license to tourist operator activities (tour operator activities).
For 2020 21 state provided services, including the provision of services in paper form 0 provided through the web portal of "electronic government" and (or) the state Corporation - 14, provided through the state Corporation – 0 given in electronic form – 0 provided by service providers on a competitive basis in paper form that could be provided through the web portal of "electronic government" and (or) the State Corporation – 7 services.
There were no refusals to provide public services in 2020.
In June of this year, 1 state service was provided in electronic form – the issuance of a license for tourist operator activity (tour operator activity).
In August and December of this year, 7 state services were provided - providing support for the development of industrial infrastructure within the framework of the State Program for Business Support and Development "Business Roadmap-2025" in paper form.
In December of this year, 13 state services were provided – the provision of state grants in the framework of the State Program for Business Support and Development "Business Roadmap – 2025" in electronic form.
The facts of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public services were not revealed.
During the reporting period, there were no complaints about the quality of public services provided.
