If you are a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has reached the age of 18 on voting day and have an active suffrage, you have the right to elect deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Voter lists are compiled by local executive bodies.
Your registration at the place of residence on the territory of a particular polling station is the basis for including you in the voter list. The boundaries of the polling stations are published in local media no later than November 5, 2020.
Each voter has the right to register as a voter with the relevant local executive body from the moment the elections are called.
If you become aware no later than December 10, 2020 that you will not be able to arrive at the voting room at the place of registration on election day, you have the right at your place of stay to apply to the akimat with a written application to include you to the relevant voter list.
If you are in a settlement outside your permanent place of registration and have a temporary registration at your place of residence, you have the right, no later than December 10, 2020, to apply to the akimat at your place of temporary residence with a written application for inclusion in the voter list of the polling station where You will vote on election day.
