The moratorium on inspections has been extended until 01/01/2024

On amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2019 No. 229 "On the introduction of a moratorium on inspections and preventive control and supervision with a visit in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

RESOLVE:
1. Introduce the following amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2019 No. 229 “On the introduction of a moratorium on inspections and preventive control and supervision with a visit in the Republic of Kazakhstan”:
the heading should read as follows:
"On the introduction of a moratorium on inspections and preventive control with a visit in the Republic of Kazakhstan";
in paragraph 1:
the first paragraph shall be amended as follows:
"one. From January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2024, the central state and local executive bodies should stop inspections and preventive control with visits to small businesses, including micro-entrepreneurs, with the exception of:”;
supplement with subparagraph 2-1) of the following content:
"2-1) unscheduled inspections conducted in accordance with the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;".

2. This Decree comes into force on January 1, 2023 and is subject to official publication.
