Press release on the integration work carried out in the information system "SDB "E-licensing" for the improvement of public services

The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry and JSC "National Information Technologies" to improve public services in the field of issuing licenses and accreditation in architectural, urban planning and construction activities, carried out the integration work of the information system "State Base data "E-licensing" from the AIS "OOP" Module Accounting for employment contracts and maintaining employee profiles "of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In this regard, from December 5, 2022, when submitting an application and filling out information forms for obtaining a license and accreditation in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, information on certified engineering and technical workers and (or) experts will be automatically obtained from a unified accounting system labor contracts.

In view of the foregoing, service recipients need to enter information on concluded labor contracts into a unified system for recording labor contracts.

At the same time, we inform you that in accordance with subparagraph 27) of paragraph 2 of Article 23 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the employer is obliged to enter information on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract with an employee, amendments and (or) additions to it, containing information provided for in subparagraphs 1) , 2), 3), 4), 5) and 13) of paragraph 1 of Article 28 of this Code, into a single system of accounting for employment contracts in the manner determined by the authorized state body for labor (new employment contracts - up to 5 working days, changes in the labor contract - up to 15 calendar days).
