Information on the implementation of the Nurly Zhol State Infrastructure Development Program for 2015 - 2019
in the Karaganda region for 2019
In 2019, in the Karaganda region, within the framework of the state program of infrastructure development “Nurly Zhol”, 14 billion tenge were allocated (the republican budget - 11,179.4 million tenge, the regional budget - 2,785.3 million tenge) for the implementation of 26 projects in the field of roads and housing and communal services.
In the direction “Development of the transport and logistics infrastructure” of the “Nurly Zhol” Program, 8,964.4 million tenge were allocated for the reconstruction and average repair of local roads. 8 820.6 million tenge or 98% of the plan was mastered.
1,131.6 million tenge were allocated for the reconstruction of the highway and bridge:
1. Reconstruction of the highway "Novodolinka - Shakhan - Molodetskoye" - 800 million tenge. 100% mastered.
2. Reconstruction of the bridge across the Zhaman-Sarysu River on the regional highway “Aksu-Ayuly-Agadyr-Moyynty” km 71 + 400 - 331.6 million tenge. 46 million tenge were not mastered in connection with the contractor's failure to carry out the scope of work (asphalt concrete pavement of the bridge, sowing of perennial grasses, painting of reinforced concrete structures, installation of road signs, dismantling of the bypass road). The object is rolling.
For the implementation of 20 projects on medium and capital repairs of roads of regional and district significance, 7,832.8 million tenge were allocated (RB - 5,051.1 million tenge, OB - 2,781.8 million tenge). 7 735 million tenge, or 98.8% of the plan, was mastered. Not mastered 97.8 million tenge for two facilities in connection with the lag behind the schedule of production work. Objects are rolling.
The implementation of projects within the framework of the Nurly Zhol program has made it possible to increase the safety of motor vehicles and accelerate the development of intraregional mobility.
In 2019, under the state program “Nurly Zhol”, through the mechanism of budget lending, work was carried out in the cities of Karaganda and Zhezkazgan to reconstruct 4 main heat supply networks.
The most problematic sections of the networks were covered by modernization; according to the results of 2019, 4.7 km were reconstructed, which is 2.2 km of the heating mains of Karaganda and 2.5 km of networks of Zhezkazgan.
The implementation of these projects will improve the quality of heat supply for about 300 thousand residents. Karaganda and Zhezkazgan.
At the end of the year, budget funds amounted to 5 billion tenge (100% of the plan).
As of January 1, 2020, 1,502 (in the field of roads - 1,422, in the field of housing and communal services - 80) temporary jobs were created at the facilities.
The issue of timely development of funds allocated under the State Infrastructure Development Program “Nurly Zhol” is under constant control and monitoring.
