In test mode, the Single Coordination Center "Senim 109" began its work on November 25, 2019. During this time, the single number "109" received more than 2500 requests from residents of Karaganda. Operators process about 200 questions per day. Today, January 16, specialists of the Unified Call Center told in more detail about their work.
Senim 109 service operators work daily from 8.00 to 20.00 hours. Center employees work in two shifts of 10 people, including operators, a programmer and a psychologist.
Rakhat Saduakasov, Acting Director of the Unified Call Center, told where the need to create a new service came from:
- The population of the city, wanting to solve any issue, is looking for an answer on the Internet. It can take a lot of time to resolve one issue. In connection with this decree of the Akimat of the Karaganda region, a Single Coordination Center "Senim 109" was created, which will help solve problems faster, - says Rakhat Saduakasov.
In the early days, the population's questions were of a reference nature, most often Karaganda residents asked which of the region's roads were closed due to bad weather. Now most of all there are questions of a communal nature.
The center's acting director says that working with government agencies and utilities is regulated. Residents of Karaganda who have asked questions will receive answers within the timeframe established by law. However, the problems, the solution of which requires prompt action, promise to be solved immediately.
- Not so long ago people who live in the village contacted us. They couldn't get through to the ambulance service. Our operators contacted the Health Department of the Karaganda region, and they, in turn, contacted the ambulance station. The citizens who applied quickly received help, - says Rakhat Saduakasov.
The center operators will answer some questions on their own. They will take information from the "Smart City" system, which contains a large number of questions and answers. Applications requiring additional clarification of the circumstances are sent to the analytics department, whose specialists will competently formulate the appeal and send it to the appropriate government agencies or utilities.
It is planned that the service "Senim 109" will operate around the clock and will cover the entire Karaganda region. Also, line 112 will soon join the Unified Call Center.
