Kazakhstanis can get public services in the PSC mobile application

The Government for Citizens State Corporation, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, is implementing the PSC mobile application. It will allow Kazakhstanis to receive public services using a video call via a smartphone.

Operators in Akmola, Kostanay, Kyzylorda and Pavlodar regions are already in pilot mode receiving calls from customers through the "PSC" application.

In September 2021, the list of public services that will be provided in pilot mode through the PSC mobile application was approved. Among them, obtaining a certificate of non-criminal record, an extract from the pension fund, a certificate of the availability of real estate and removal from registration, etc. The functionality of the application consists of several services. The client can book a queue at the PSC and get a ticket using a QR code, find out the working hours and addresses of branches and find the necessary contact information.
