Digital projects are being implemented in the region

About 6 million public services were provided, of which more than 85% were received electronically. More than 92% of all services are available on the egov portal.kz, via Telegram bot or mobile app.

Open akimat projects have been implemented, where public services are provided on the principle of a single window with the use of digital technologies.

The creation of a regional geoinformation portal continues, where public services in the areas of land relations, construction and architecture will be automated, such as obtaining land plots, providing raw materials for the development of construction and reconstruction projects, etc. This will reduce the service delivery period from 1 year to 15-20 days, while eliminating direct contact between the service provider and the service recipient.

In healthcare, the introduction of artificial intelligence has begun, in the field of ecology, the installation of gas analyzers continues, in construction, BIM technologies are used in the design of buildings.

For three years, 55 rural settlements of the region have been provided with high-speed Internet. Work is being completed to provide mobile broadband Internet access to 3G and 4G in 85 SNPs. After the completion of all the work, the Internet coverage will be about 94% of the SNP.

The implementation of the "Safe City" project begins. This is more than three thousand video cameras in the courtyard territories, in public places of Karaganda, Temirtau, Zhezkazgan, Satpayev, Sarani and in the village of Osakarovka. As part of the project, 250 hardware and software systems will be launched, including 80 speed meters.

Challenges for 2021:

- implement the project " Safe City»;

- continue improving the work of the Senim 109 Unified Service;

- transfer 100% of educational organizations in the region to "cloud" accounting.
