«Open Shahtinsk» akimat started functioning in Shakhtinsk

Within the framework of the project "Adaldyq alańy", aimed at creating favorable conditions for the population, the open akimat "Open Shahtinsk" began to function. An open akimat allows citizens to receive consultations and government services in one place efficiently, quickly and in comfortable conditions, without wasting much time.

Residents will be able to receive advice and government services from specialists from the departments of education, land relations, architecture and urban planning, housing and communal services, passenger transport, highways and housing inspection, entrepreneurship and agriculture in the most comfortable conditions on the principle of «one window» on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours.

For the convenience of citizens who have applied, an electronic queue has been introduced, waiting areas have been created, an administrator works, and there is a separate self-service corner.
