Video conference seminar on the provision of public services

On 18 September of this year, a seminar was held jointly with the Akimat of the Osakarovsky District and the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Karaganda region, where two issues were considered: on improving the quality of public services and on filling out a report form on internal state control over the quality of public services. The seminar was attended by 141 service providers.
