Several categories will receive money: citizens with disabilities, residents who raise a disabled child, and children from 6 to 18 years old who receive targeted social assistance. Unemployed residents can also claim the payment, but only those who are registered with the employment Center.

Who is eligible in the amount of tenge 5556:
– children aged 6 to 18 years from among the recipients of targeted social assistance
– children-invalids up to 16 years, except for the disabled residing in medico-social institutions;
- persons with disabilities of groups I, II, III of all ages, except for persons with disabilities permanently residing in medical and social institutions
- persons raising a disabled child;
- unemployed citizens registered with the local employment authority.
