The state service is provided on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 2002 y № 343 "On social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities", Decision of the Balkhash town maslikhat dated June 12, 2014 y № 29/226 "On indemnification of expenses of studying at home for children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum", the Standard of the state service" Indemnification of expenses for home education for children with disabilities ", approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 28, 2015 y №279.
Indemnification of expenses for disabled children with disabilities (except for disabled children who are fully supported by the state) is provided to one of the parents or other legal representatives of disabled children studying at home, regardless of family income, and for 2020 is set at 5 monthly calculation indicators (1 MCI - 2778 tenge) per quarter or a total of 13890 tenge for each child.
The application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued through:
1) non-profit joint-stock company "State Corporation" Government for Citizens ";
2) web portal of "electronic government": www.egov.kz.
List of documents required for the provision of states services:
1) a document proving the identity of the service recipient;
2) the conclusion of a psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation;
3) certificate of disability;
4) a document confirming information about the bank account number;
5) a certificate from an educational institution confirming the fact that a disabled child is being taught at home.
The result of the provision of state services: notification of the appointment of benefits.
