The public service is provided on the basis of the decision of the Balkhash town maslikhat dated December 24, 2013 No. 24/176 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of citizens in need", the Standard of the public service "Assignment of social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions local representative bodies", approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 28, 2015 No. 279.
The state service is provided at a time, in the form of social assistance to those in difficult life situations for persons permanently residing in Balkhash town and the corresponding administrative-territorial unit (Gulshat, Sayak).
The grounds for classifying citizens as needy in the event of a difficult life situation are:
The amount of social assistance provided in each individual case is determined by a special commission and indicates it in the conclusion about the need for social assistance.
The application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued through:
1) service provider (State Establishment "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Balkhash town");
2) akim of the village;
3) web portal of "electronic government": www.egov.kz - disabled people and persons with socially significant diseases.
