The state service is provided on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities» dated July 11, 2002 No. 343, Rules for the provision of public services «Reimbursement of costs for home schooling for disabled children», approved by order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 25, 2021 No.84, Decisions of the Balkhash town maslikhat «On reimbursement of the costs of home schooling for children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum» dated June 12, 2014 No.29/226.
Reimbursement of tuition costs (except for children with disabilities who are fully supported by the state and children with disabilities in respect of whom parents are deprived of parental rights) is provided to one of the parents or other legal representatives of children with disabilities, regardless of family income, and for 2024 is set at ten monthly calculation indices per quarter or a total of 36920 tenge for each child with a disability during the school year.
Reimbursement of tuition costs is made from the month of application to the month of the end of the period specified in the certificate from the educational institutions of the State Institution «Department of Education of Balkhash town» Department of Education of the Karaganda region», confirming the fact of teaching a child with a disability at home.
In the presence of circumstances that led to the termination of reimbursement of costs (when a disabled child reaches the age of eighteen, the death of a disabled child, the removal of disability, during the period of education of a disabled child in a boarding school or sanatorium school), the payment is terminated from the month following the one in which the relevant circumstances occurred.
The acceptance of the application and the issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through:
1) non-profit joint-stock company «State Corporation «Government for Citizens»;
2) the e-government web portal: www.egov.kz .
The list of documents required for the provision of public services:
1) Application;
2) a document certifying the identity of the service recipient;
3) conclusion of the medical advisory commission;
4) certificate of disability;
5) a document confirming information about the bank account number;
6) a certificate from an educational institution confirming the fact of studying with a disability at home.
The result of the provision of public services: notification of the assignment of benefits.
