Address social assistance (hereinafter referred to as ASA) it is assigned to low-income families whose income level for each family member is below the poverty line, i.e. 70% of the subsistence minimum of the region (2nd quarter of 2024 -32496 tenge).
It is assigned quarterly, for the current quarter, starting from the month of application submission.
The size of the ASA is determined for all family members as the difference between the poverty line and the average per capita income.
When calculating the total family income, all types of income (received in the quarter preceding the quarter of applying for the appointment of the ASA), living together, running a common household and having registration at a permanent or temporary (at least 6 months) place of residence for each family member are taken into account.
On the example of a large family (6 people):
The amount of the total family income per month is 189,183 tenge (Q1 2024: 390000 tenge - salary, 177549 tenge - state allowance for large families with 4 or more minor children);
Average per capita income: 31530 tenge = (189183 tenge/6 people);
The poverty line for the 2nd quarter of 2024 is 32496 tenge;
The size of the ASA: per person 966tg = (32496tg - 31530tg), per family 5796tg = (966tg*6).
For the period of appointment of targeted social assistance, a monthly additional payment in the amount of 1.5 monthly calculation index (5538 tenge) is paid for each child aged from one to six years inclusive, established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget.
Address social assistance is not assigned:
1) Persons (families) who are not low-income;
2) If an able-bodied family member refuses the proposed measures to promote employment, then all members of his family lose the right to ASA;
3) Persons (families) who have provided deliberately false information and (or) false documents for the appointment of ASA;
4) Persons (families) who, according to the conclusion of the precinct commission, prepared based on the results of a survey of their financial situation, do not need to provide ASA.
The acceptance of the application and the issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through:
1) The Career Center;
2) akim of the village;
3) the e-government web portal: www.egov.kz .
