Local Executive bodies of the city of Balkhash provide 77 types of public services. In the first half of 2020, 10126 public services were rendered, of which 623 were rendered in paper form, but which could be rendered through the e-government web portal and/or the State Corporation 3465, 3,223 were rendered through the State Corporation and 2,815 were rendered in electronic form.
In accordance with the approved plan of control measures, 18 control measures have been carried out since the beginning of 2020. The number of objects covered by the control event is 18 (including: 5 m & e, 13 subordinate organizations). No violations were detected during the control measures.
Number of detected violations, total, of them:
- facts of violations of the terms of rendering public services, as a result of which 1 disciplinary penalty was imposed in the form of a remark.
During the reporting period, there were no complaints about the quality of public services.
At the same time, in the first half of 2020, state institutions conducted 37 awareness-raising activities regarding public services, covering the population of 458 people.
During the current period of 2020, they passed a training seminar on "Effective work of educational organizations in the light of new opportunities for automating public services" and are certified administrators of the modules of the SmartNation / SitCen Portal for automating public services (SmartNation Complex.kz / SitCen.kz-Smart solutions for education) provided by incraft LLP” - 91 employees, in the Karaganda branch of the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in a training seminar on the topic "Orientation to the consumer of services and informing him" - 1 employee.
The state service "Queuing for a land plot" in the 1st quarter was specified in paragraph 12.2 (in the amount of -15), but according to the Standard approved by the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 24, 2019 No. 25, the above state service should be in paragraph 12.1.
