The state service is provided on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About social and medical-pedagogical corrective support for children with disabilities» of July 11, 2002 № 343, the decision of the Balkhash town Maslikhat «About compensation of expenses for home education of children with disabilities from among disabled people on an individual curriculum» of June 12, 2014 № 29/226, Rules for public service «Compensation of expenses for home education of disabled children», approved by the Minister of Labor and Social Republic of Kazakhstan from March 25, 2021 № 84.
Compensation of expenses for disabled children (except for disabled children who are in full state support) is provided to one of parents and other legal representatives of disabled children studying at home irrespective of family income and for 2022 is established at the rate of five monthly calculation indexes in a quarter or in total 15900 tenge for each child.
Compensation of expenses is provided from the month of application to the end of the term established in the conclusion of the interdepartmental psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation and is made for the expired month as funding is received.
In the presence of circumstances that led to the termination of reimbursement (a disabled child's reaching the age of eighteen, the death of a disabled child, the removal of disability, while a disabled child is in a boarding school or sanatorium school), payment is terminated from the month following the month in which the relevant circumstances occurred.
Receipt of an application and issuance of the result of the provision of the state service is carried out through:
1) nonprofit joint-stock company State Corporation «Government for Citizens»;
2) Web-portal of «e-government»: www.egov.kz.
The list of documents required for rendering of the state service:
1) application;
2) A document certifying the identity of the beneficiary;
3) Conclusion of the psychological-medical-pedagogical consultation;
4) certificate of disability;
5) document confirming the bank account number;
6) certificate from an educational institution, confirming the fact that the disabled child is being educated at home.
