The contractual amount of construction of a 45-apartment residential building No. 16 of the microdistrict 10 Balkhash town is 534.056 million tenge. The contract amount for the construction of a 45-apartment residential building No. 17 of the microdistrict 10 Balkhash town is 540.748 million tenge. The facilities were put into operation in December 2021.
1.2 In 2020, 20.943 million tenge was allocated and disbursed from the local budget to start the construction of ICI for multi-apartment residential buildings at the address: Balkhash town, 10 microdistrict, houses 16 and 17. For 2021, 87.744 million tenge was allocated from the MB to continue construction. On 29.11.2021, a contract was concluded for the amount of 505,090,699 thousand tenge. In 2021, 80% of the work was completed. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2022.
1.4 In April 2021, the construction of a 45-apartment residential building No. 15 was started. (credit housing). The development of the general plan of Balkhash town, approved by the decision of the Maslikhat of the Karaganda region No. 481 dated December 12, 2019, is oriented in the eastern direction with an area of -256.31 hectares, mainly with the construction of individual housing. At the end of 2021, 1,337 citizens were registered in the queue for receiving land plots for the construction of residential housing.

III line of construction). Sanitation, drainage, communication networks». Supplier of «Kolsaystroy» LLP. The contractual amount of construction is 685.597 million tenge. Construction and installation works are proceeding according to the schedule. To date, 12.9 km of sewer and drainage pipes have been laid. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2022.
3.1 Construction of a single-storey apartment building No. 56 «B» on S.Seifullina Street, total area - 236 m2, apartments - 2;
3.2 Construction of multi-family housing «Townhouse» in 9 mkr., total area - 1062 m2, apartments - 9;
3.3 Restoration of a two-storey residential building at Balkhash-1 station, total area - 621.5 m2, apartments - 12;
3.4 Construction of three semi-detached houses at the address: mkr. Konyrat, Balkhashskaya Street, total area - 611.8 m2, apartments - 6;
3.5 Construction of three semi-detached houses at the address: md. Konyrat, Balkhashskaya Street, total area - 627.66 m2, apartments - 6;
3.6 Construction of three semi-detached houses at the address: md. Konyrat, Balkhashskaya Street, total area - 631.6 m2, apartments - 6;
In total, in 2021, 40 apartments with a total area of 3790.56 m2 were built and commissioned due to private investments in the total amount of 530.678 million tenge.
In 2021, to address the lack of engineering and communication infrastructure, construction of engineering and communication infrastructure (water supply, sewerage, electricity) and landscaping of the tourism development zone (embankment) in the Bertys Bay area on an area of 61 hectares was started:

The contractual amount of construction is 23,056,546 thousand tenge thousand tenge. II.3 Construction of engineering and communication infrastructure (sewerage and CNS networks) in the Bertys Bay area of Balkhash town. Supplier of «Balkhash Zhibek Zholy» LLP. The contractual amount of construction is 48,572.486 thousand tenge. To date, 1,245 km of pipes have been laid, 85% of the work has been completed. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2022 with the allocation of the missing budget funds.
II.4 Construction of engineering and communication infrastructure and improvement of the tourism development zone of Balkhash town, Karaganda region. The estimated cost of the project is 2,557,721,767 thousand tenge. To start construction, a budget application was submitted to the Karaganda construction Department in the amount of 5000 000 thousand tenge.
